An assessment of all trees ane shrubs on the property which are in managed areas within approximately 75 feet of the home and/or within approximately 15 feet of the driveway or are otherwise tall enough to impact the home if they were to fall.

HMI Non-Certified Summary Report
The cost of the Non-Certified Summary Report is $100. Shipping and applicable taxes will apply.
If the Non-Certified Assessment is received by HMI by any method other than our on-line system (such as by fax), there will be a data input charge of $35.00 for up to 100 entries and a $0.35 per item charge thereafter. If you fax in your Assessment, HMI will complete and process your Assessment for you. Your Assessment will be mailed within 10 business days.
