Welcome to HMI’s Premier Level Member (PLM) Web Page.
HMI’s PLMs consist of leading green industry suppliers who have joined the network and completed the HMI authorization and training program. This enables each PLM to create Authorized HMI Assessments and Summary Reports to support insurance, tax and other applications for HMI’s replacement valuations. In addition, each PLM will receive referrals to provide site assessments and perform remediation, maintenance, repair or other services as may be required by the insurance carrier or requested by the property owner.
HMI is actively seeking to expand its PLM network as demand for HMI’s Assessments and Summary Reports grows. We are specifically looking for companies that can supply at least 2 of the services listed below:
Service Set 1. Tree inventory, condition evaluation, site inspections (on-staff certified arborist preferred).
Service Set 2. Tree/shrub maintenance – basic pest and disease control, fertilization, light pruning/small limb removal.
Service Set 3. Hazard remediation – tree and large limb removal, lightning protection, invasive treatments for insects and diseases.
Service Set 4. Large/mature tree removal and installation.
PLM licenses are currently being offered by HMI for selected territories around the country. Each license costs $15,000 for the first year and has an annual renewal fee of $3,000. For this fee each PLM receives the following benefits:
- A customized Assessment cover prominently displaying the PLM logo and brand.
- Referrals for Assessments and other services in your territory.
- Additional discounts on Assessments sold independently of the referral system.
- Recognition on HMI’s Web site as a PLM and leading industry supplier.
- Free training of up to 2 of your staff members to become “authorized” HMI Assessors.
